At Landers Outdoor World, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
